The style of the building The swimming pool is poorly placed and without deckchairs, it does not appeal to the neighborhood without too many restaurants.

Location & view

Nothing except location & view. Very dirty, No toiletries, washing machine out of order, even didn’t provide any blankets , bed sheets turned yellow.

The view from the 41st floor is magnificent. The swimming pool and access to the roof are pluses. The apartment is very well located.

The apartment is functional but certain furniture and equipment (shower handle for example) were damaged and have not been replaced, which is a shame given the standard of this residence.
